What do you think about just before you fall asleep at night?

When you crawl into bed and take that big deep breath because it feels so good to just STOP for a few minutes.


Do your feet say thank you for getting off them?


Do you worry about something you saw on the news?


Do you think about people and wonder what everyone is doing these days?


Do you think about that exam you have to write tomorrow?


Do you think about what to make for your kids for thier lunches tomorrow?


Do you worry that you will be late for work in the morning and the boss will get annoyed?



Do you think about your friends birthday? And think about how I wish I could give her this for her place !



This is interesting. Are you left or right brained? How do you think? Which way do you lean? Is that why you think like you do? Is there really a dominant side?

If you are Left brain: Then say to yourself - I am a scientist. A mathematician. I love the familiar. I categorize. I am accurate. Linear. Analytical. Strategic. I am practical. Always in control. A master of words and language. Realistic. I calculate equations and play with numbers. I am order. I am logic. I know exactly who I am.
If you are Right brain: Then say this to yourself - "I am the right brain. I am creativity. A free spirit. I am passion. Yearning. Sensuality. I am the sound of roaring laughter. I am taste. The feeling of sand beneath bare feat. I am movement. Vivid colors. I am the urge to paint on an empty canvas. I am boundless imagination. Art. Poetry. I sense. I feel. I am everything I wanted to be.

I am so Right Brain. That's why everything in my brain turns into one gigantic Abstract painting. You are Left brain you say and you don't know what I am talking about? Let me try to show you........... these are examples of abstract art. That's what happens when too much goes on in a Right Brain.






I really like the bottom one actually. There I am in the middle of my mind. Looking around at it all. I see I have an umbrella because it is probably going to rain and all the colors of my ideas are going to run together. Thats called procrastination!

Sunday afternoon at the movies.....

on a rainy day, at home, when you have nowhere special you need to be. That's the best movie theatre in town.


This movie was a surprise find in a bin of inexpensive movies at the grocery store. It is now in my pile of "fav's". This one for being one of the most romantic films I have seen in a long time. It is a story of a man who believed he was the world's greatest lover. Johnny Depp plays Don Juan DeMarcos, Marlon Brando plays a psychiatrist and Faye Dunaway is the psychiatrists wife. Johnny Depps incurable romantisicm is found to be contagious. And really what is the harm of living in a dreamworld? Or is it real. The movie will compell you to believe in him and I think that is a message to us in this world. ( I love secret messages)





It is an intriguing story of a mask, a life, women, and romance.



There is 1 woman who he yearns for - and who is worthy of dying for. But there is much to the story.


It draws you in, and makes you think about realtionships and loving and how you can affect other people.

Now I am no Siskel & Ebert... but I know I liked this movie. If you are an incurable romantic. You will love it too and I don't think there is any man who wouldn't pick up a few tips from this one either.

My rating: Ah, let's watch it again tomorrow.
